Southern Hills has made the decision that we will not offer Upward basketball and cheerleading this season. Upward was, for several years, a vital program at Southern Hills. We had the pleasure of helping many athletes grow their faith as they developed their basketball and cheer skills over the past eight years. However, due to a steep decline in the participation and volunteer base, we have decided not to offer the Upward program this year. We believe in the Upward program and appreciate the work it does in building faith and athletic skills in young people. If you have a child who is interested in continuing Upward basketball or cheer, we encourage you to seek out another Upward program in the Lexington area.
Men's 35 and Over - Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. This is an open group to all men age 35 or older. The cost is $50 per 6 months with payment due in January and July.
The track is available year round for anyone to use and a new safety barrier has been put in place! You must sign in (notebook available) and complete a registration card. Nineteen and one half laps make a mile.

Meet new people and get in shape through Southern Hills' Vitality Aerobics. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 a.m. Contact Maxine Mullins (269.3580) for more information.
A fellowship group that meets every other week for lunch. Meetings are on 2nd and 4th Thursdays at 11:30. Upcoming events are listed in the bulletin.
